SOPHIA

Sophia Fox grew up in Houston, Texas and moved to New York after graduating high school. She began her tattoo journey in 2021 on Long Island, but is now Harlems newest resident. Often inspired by her mother who had a classical arts education, she always looked to her for critiques to help further her artistic pursuits. As an avid animation fan, she originally thought she would specialize in an illustrative style featuring bold lines and bright colors. However, as she discovered tattooing is a totally different artistic medium, she found herself gravitating more towards ornate fineline pieces. She does love to experiment with different styles and subject matter, ranging from cartoony animals to small scale classical painting recreations. She continues to work towards perfection with each piece she takes on, from design, to placement, to execution. Her favorite part of tattooing is bringing other people’s ideas to fruition, and creating designs that exceed expectations. Check out more of Sophia's work on IG!
